Corsential (originally known as Consumer Contact™) has been in the business for more than 40 years and currently talks to over a million of our clients' customers each year. We have conducted high quality marketing research projects since 1970 and have worked with loyalty programs since 1990. Our management team brings a combined 150 years of experience covering customer experience solutions, global market management, statistical research design/execution and every aspect of research operations experience.
